Incorporating qigong, shiatsu style self massage, and acupressure points, for example each person will learn techniques to release tension, improve energy levels, feel calmer and more focused. Learning these techniques empowers people by adding to their armory of self-care techniques.
Qigong or (Chi Kung) ‘Qi’ or ‘Chi’ means ‘energy’ ‘Gong’ or ‘Kung’ means ‘Work’.
Qigong exercises integrate body postures, movement, breathing and meditation and is an effective practice for improving and maintaining health.
Shibashi is a set of 18 Qigong exercises designed to improve the general health & wellbeing of the practitioner.
